Hey y’all!

I am so happy you made it to KB photography. I am Krista Bannister, and I am a Texas State grad, and Yearbook Adviser in Katy ISD. My husband and I live in Katy with our goldendoodle, Jasper… and three cats.

When I became a teacher six years ago, I had to learn how to use a professional camera out of necessity. It was the scariest thing about my new role. God knew what he was doing and knew that I would completely fall in love with photos.

I fell in love with storytelling and being invited to major milestones. Whether you are a senior in high school who has looked forward to getting your grad pictures taken all four years, a new mom, a newly engaged couple, or a family who just moved into their first home. Each one of these moments are a joy to capture and I love being a part of telling that story.
